There is nothing like talking to each other in person and establishing that individual connection
Do you get tons of invitations to various events and wonder “Why should I go? Is this worth my time? What’s in it for me?” Industry events are more than just get togethers of a bunch of salespeople; they’re opportunities to explore innovation, solve challenges, and connect with experts who understand the challenges you are facing. We bring actual technical experts who understand you and want to help you find the right solutions. Meet and engage with our team that you may have already emailed or had virtual meetings with – but this time in person!
In today’s fast-paced world, staying ahead of competition means keeping up with the latest trends and innovations. Industry events provide you with the unique opportunity to gain exclusive insights, connect with like-minded peers, and explore solutions that can optimize your operations and empower your teams. Engineers and decision makers alike should use these events as a chance to experience the latest tools and technologies in action (always ask for a demo!), ask tough questions, and walk away with future-forward insights.
As a provider of software solutions for manufacturers, system integrators, and equipment OEMs, our team thrives on helping professionals like you to solve challenges and optimize systems and processes. That is why we are going to be presenting or exhibiting at a hand-picked selection of events in the US and Europe. We will be showcasing solutions designed to specifically address the complex demands of modern production environments. And while many of our customers know us for our core products, these events are a great way to discover our extended portfolio as well as our professional services offering. You might be surprised!

Here is an example of what we are bringing to an event we are attending soon: ProveIt! 2025 Conference
When you come to talk to us at e.g. the upcoming “ProveIt!” in Dallas, you won’t just see a demo that shows real-time integration in action and experience how Software Toolbox seamlessly connects OT, IT, and AI-driven analytics without writing a single line of code!
Our Live Demo will showcase how manufacturers can modernize operations, enhance safety, and optimize efficiency while leveraging existing infrastructure of various technological ages. At events like ProveIt! you will have meaningful conversations with people who understand your world, your pain points, and your goals.
If you are planning to attend ProveIt!, visit the Software Toolbox at Booth 31 and follow our session on Tuesday, February 18 at 2:45 pm on the Google Cloud stage to discover how to modernize your OT infrastructure. Learn how to integrate legacy systems with a Unified Namespace (UNS), and harness AI-powered vision technology - all without replacing your existing investments. And if you can’t, don’t worry. The demo will be recorded. Subscribe to our blogs to get your chance to watch it and follow us on LinkedIn to be notified when the recording is Live on our website.
Why it matters?
Manufacturers need to modernize their OT systems to stay competitive, but the costly "rip and replace" process is a major hurdle. Users often assume that their legacy OT systems can't support the data-driven, connected technologies needed to unlock operational efficiencies and adopt AI-powered solutions. With the right solutions, that isn’t true, and addressing this gap allows companies to embrace new technologies while preserving their existing infrastructure.
“ProveIt 2025 is the perfect opportunity to see how our solutions and seamless OT/IT/ET integration can drive real efficiency and safety improvements in your business. We’re excited to show how we can help you modernize operations while preserving your valuable investments.” – John Weber, President, Software Toolbox
Not convinced yet? Here are the Top 5 Reasons to Attend Industry Events
Regardless of the specific event or trade show, here are the top 5 reasons to attend industry events like the ones mentioned above (and more coming
1. Discover New Solutions Beyond What You Already Know

4. Stay Ahead of Industry Trends
The automation world is evolving rapidly. Staying up to date is crucial for maintaining a competitive edge. Attending conferences and events helps you gain insights into the latest and greatest, upcoming technologies, and possibly regulatory changes that may impact your work.
5. Gain Practical Knowledge During Technical Sessions
Industry events often consist of more than just exhibition space and presentations. They provide valuable learning opportunities by offering technical sessions or workshops. These hands-on experiences will deepen your understanding of automation technologies and see real-world applications. Whether it’s troubleshooting a common challenge or optimizing your workflows, the knowledge gained at these events can be directly applied, making you more effective and efficient.
One more thing…
Since we mentioned the ProveIt! Conference, these are the main solutions that make up the solution presented in our Demo:
- Data Collection & Publishing – Cogent DataHub connects OPC UA data from OT systems with IT and AI applications, capturing camera images and publishing them as encoded messages to an MQTT broker in a UNS.
- AI Processing & Analysis – OPC Router retrieves the encoded images from the UNS, converts them into an AI-processable format, and sends them to Google Vision AI for analysis. The AI then returns actionable insights which we unpack and make decisions with in OPC Router.
- Real-Time Visibility & Alerts – OmniServer modernizes the interface to legacy Andon board so that it can receive real-time safety and production updates via MQTT/OPC, keeping operators informed, and eliminating risky unsustainable custom code.
- Automated Safety Enforcement – TOP Server integrates with PLCs and modern OT infrastructure to trigger immediate safety actions, such as stopping production when AI detects non-compliance.
This interactive demonstration will highlight the power of Unified Namespace (UNS), MQTT, OPC UA, and AI-driven automation—all working together to create a safer and smarter manufacturing environment.
